This notice describes only the data I receive when you subscribe to the Ronit Warman Luxury Travel newsletter.

When you subscribe I ask for your name, your email address and your preferred language, and I record the date and the page on which you gave your consent.

I use this data to send you The Edit, recommendations for hotels and destinations, current offers and special benefits when you book with me, in the language you chose.

The newsletter is sent with MailerLite, which stores this data for me, organised by language. Service location and data transfer: MailerLite stores the data in data centres in the European Union, according to its public documentation, and processes it under its data processing agreement. The data from this newsletter is not sold.

I keep your data while you remain subscribed: if you unsubscribe, I stop sending messages and your record remains in MailerLite marked as unsubscribed; you may request complete deletion by messaging me on WhatsApp from your registered email, which is processed within 30 days at most and cannot be undone.
